In town for the weekend and met Santos and Mella. We wanted wings and they were cooked perfectly. The burger is great as well! A local bar and grill in the area and we will definitely go back when in Great Lakes.

The woman who helped us today was very kind and good at her job, but when the shift changed, the man who came in completely ignored us for being Latino. Even though we called him over to order drinks more than five times, he only served the other non-Latino people around us. His behavior was very racist, which is a shame since we used to go to that place to have a good time.

These wings genuinely outclass the usual bar standard, and they do it without trying too hard. The first thing that stands out is the crisp. Not a thick, heavy crust — just a light coating that gives you that clean crunch when you bite in. A lot of places overdo it and hide the chicken under batter. Here, the texture actually works with the meat instead of covering it up. And once you get past that crisp exterior, the chicken is seriously juicy. Tender, flavorful, and cooked the way wings are supposed to be. The hot BBQ sauce tastes exactly how good barbecue should: smoky, a little sweet, familiar in the best way. But the heat is what makes it special. It doesn’t overpower. It lifts everything. The spice sharpens the sweetness and makes the smokiness pop a little more. The staff here is wonderful, especially Matt! Finally a bar that makes a decent bomb shot! The food is always great! We have enjoyed the fish fry, shrimp, nachos, and the wings many times! I always look forward to visiting

classic dive bar with good beer on tap. we ordered a bacon cheese burger which was cooked to perfection, juicy with grilled jalapeños and pepper jack cheese. Fries were delicious and crispy (very good) we also tried walleye sandwich it wad fried perfectly and crispy 😋 would recommend this place for a quick inexpensive bite to eat with good beer. music was a little loud. service was phenomenal 👏 will return.
